“I don’t want f***ing want innovation.”
A former employee of FarmVille maker Zynga has recalled how he was told expressly by the company’s boss to steal other people’s ideas.
The source, speaking to SF Weekly, remembered Zynga founder Mark Pincus’ exact words:
“I don’t f***ing want innovation,” he allegedly said. “You’re not smarter than your competitor. Just copy what they do and do it until you get their numbers.”

The entire game manual for Codemasters’ F1 2010 game has appeared online.
You can read it right now On Steam. But bear in mind that the game isn’t out until 24th September.
The manual details every area of the game, from gameplay modes to mechanics. In single-player, for instance, you’ll be able to swap between Career, Grand Prix and Time Trial modes. In multiplayer, meanwhile, there are various Quick Modes: Pole Position, Sprint, Endurance and Online Grand Prix. The latter has its own qualifying round.

EA admits Store-based “error”.
Update: EA has not released Battlefield 1943 on PC. The EA Store listing was an “error”.
“BF 1943 PC is not available. This is an error on EA store. We are working to sort it out,” the company tweeted.
